We are a franchise property owned by Mobelle, LLC. We are located next to the beautiful Fall River with 87 degree water and ducks year round. We offer economy lodging in its finest form. Your choice of non-smoking or smoking rooms, free Wi-Fi throughout the property with some rooms hard wired for extra security if needed. Your "fur-babies" (some people call them pets) are welcome in any room at no charge. We have ample parking available with drive thru parking for trucks and/or trailers and buses.
