PRIVACY POLICY OVERVIEW

eVentGuru Inc., a Delaware incorporated company, and our affiliates (collectively, “eVentGuru” “we,” “us”), are providing this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) with respect to all of our Services, all of which are hosted in the United States. This Privacy Policy describes our collection, use and disclosure of information that we receive when you use our Services. All terms used in this Privacy Policy that are not defined herein have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Use.

By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the terms of our Privacy Statement and Consent to Use of Data (the “Privacy Statement and Consent”) and agree that Avista Web Technologies, LLC (“We”) may collect, use and transfer your Personal Data and User Data in accordance therewith.

This Privacy Statement and Consent forms part of our Site Terms of Use and such shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.

Definitions

"Aggregated Data" includes customer demographics, interests and behavior based on Personal Data and other information provided to us which is compiled and analyzed on an aggregate and anonymous basis

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our information practices by updating this page and the Privacy Policy effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after the date the Privacy Policy is changed (or the posted effective date, if later) will constitute your acceptance and agreement to such changes.

Information That You Give Us

 We collect Personal Data such as your name, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail or mailing address from you when you voluntarily choose to register for or use this Site. We use the Personal Data that we collect in an effort to provide you with a superior customer experience on the Site and to improve and market our services. We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way, such as signing up for one of our e-mail newsletters or other services.

We share personal information with third-parties in connection with the delivery of services to you and the operation of our business (for example, to provide credit card processing, customer service, business analytics, and fraud prevention and compliance services, and to serve you with advertising tailored to your interests). INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM ALL USERS

Information that you choose to provide in a public area of the Services (such as your profile page or via User Submissions) will not be protected by this Privacy Policy because you have chosen to make that information public. Consent. When you consent or direct eVentGuru to share your information, for example, if you choose to contact a business through the Services, we may provide information to that business.

Security

All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a billing clerk or customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information

If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update, or remove that user's personal data.

Legal Obligations

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site

Communications with you

You authorize eVentGuru to send email to you or telephone you to respond to your communications, and provide information to you about specials, promotions, new developments, special events, other Activities or services. Whenever required by law, we will seek your prior written consent before doing so. Unsubscribe instructions will be included in each promotional email from us. Please note that unsubscribe requests may take up to seven (7) working days to become effective. Unsubscribing will not stop you from receiving communications regarding your dealings with the Sites, transactions with eVentGuru or technical information about the Sites
