We had quite a number of family members staying at this hotel. All staff were kind and helpful in meeting our needs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check out was smooth. The staff at this hotel was absolutely the best! Bailey, the General Manager, was dealing with a lightning strike that fried some of her equipment and was feverishly working on getting everything back to normal. She was so helpful and gave us some great recommendations. We chatted with her every day and it felt like we were old friends. All the other staff were equally nice and friendly. The room was clean and didn't make you feel cramped at all. Would definitely stay here again! The room was clean and comfortable. The desk staff was great. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. He gave us some great information and tips that helped us plan a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs. Staff was great, breakfast was very good, outside firepit was a nice touch. Our suite was nice and well maintained. The free breakfast was good and had a nice variety of items. The staff was also very helpful. 85-room hotel directly across from the North Gate of USAFA.
