The facility is set up to cater to the physical condition of Mayo patients and the staff and administration is available to meet every need and one feels very welcome here. Employees were vey helpful and caring. The hotel is always up to standards! The staff does an outstanding job. My husband was having back surgery. I have to say from the first employee I spoke with, Alicia at the front desk/reservations she was so accommodating, pleasant and cheerful. It's hard to deal with a family sickness, surgery and recuperation and the Marriott Bonvoy on Mayo campus was superb. We enjoyed dinner two nights and the cocktail menu was terrific. I ended up having to add days to our reservation and Alicia made it happen. Talk about a support system in a difficult situation. Our housekeeping employee made our stay wonderful too!
