It all started ten years ago when a photo of a Volkswagen bus with a pop-up rooftop came across our phone screen. We instantly thought, “Wow! That could be a really cool business idea.” Fast forward to the year 2017, when the thought came to life. We put our heads together and imagined building the most beautiful VW bus and turning it into a full-fledged mobile cocktail bar. Over the years, we’ve attended many weddings, corporate events, private parties, etc., all over the country and noticed the same thing: everyone is always excited to see the bartender. But, one of the most common issues we encountered was long lines and the bartender’s inability to handle high guest volumes quickly. That’s where our “cocktails on tap” philosophy took place. Unfortunately, making this dream a reality was quite an endeavor for three busy guys. From running restaurants and managing large businesses in Southern California to raising small children, we realized this project would take time.
