It's a very nice clean hotel. They drive us over to Roswell Hospital or to dinner. They have very nice staff members. It's a very good place to stay. Outstanding staff and service; will definitely stay here again. No problems at all. Great staff. Clean rooms. Very friendly, very clean room and pillows were nice fluffy. I would highly recommend. Had to go to Buffalo NY when my Dad had unexpected complications with a medical procedure. The staff was great! The room was fine. Breakfast was provided. Overall very good experience. Staff very nice, hotel clean. Shuttle service great! We checked in at 3:00pm and had an emergency and had to return to Syracuse at 5:30. Although we used the room to rest, we did not use any of the other amenities. Randy (I believe was his name) was beyond wonderful. Not only was he exceedingly kind but went out of his way to get a refund for us. Not only that but we realized when we were half way home that we had left two sweatshirts in a drawer. He immediately got them from the room and is holding them for us until we return to Buffalo. He went way above his duties and certainly represented your hotel well.
