We were very pleased with our stay. We particularly enjoyed the walk-in shower since I have mobility issues. The staff was very accommodating. One of the maids assisted us in bringing in our luggage since there were no carts available. The breakfast attendant was very pleasant and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and everything was in working order. I always use it when in Raleigh. Very good hotel with good customer service. I will stay there again. The breakfast was excellent. We were only able to stay one night but we had a nice, big, clean room. The staff was friendly and we had a good view of the parking area. We would book here again if needed.
