White Oak Weddings & Events is a gorgeous rustic wedding venue located outside of Henderson, Tennessee, about 1 mile from Chickasaw State Park. The husband-wife team behind this space started this because of their love for the outdoors with their family. This feeling resonates throughout the expanse. Facilities and Capacity The venue features an outdoor pavilion with a huge deck, overlooking a 5-acre lake with a lit fountain and a pasture lined with Bradford Pears. This makes for a truly magical backdrop for photos. The fountain can prove to be marvelous for night and evening events because the lights reflecting off the water is a sight to behold. In case of undesirable weather, the pavilion can be closed off. The rental times are flexible for setups and teardowns giving the couple plenty of time to really enjoy the day without feeling rushed. The venue can accommodate up to 200 guests and offers valet parking. This makes it easier for guests to be dropped off close to the seating area. Services Offered Couples can get ready in our changing rooms which are equipped with mirrors, vanities, and great lighting. White Oak Weddings & Events has a large caterer’s kitchen with a commercial grade refrigerator, receptacles for warming ovens, microwaves, and more. Tables and chairs for the wedding are included in our packages; however if more people were to attend, then additional ones are available to rent. A special 12-foot table can be provided for the wedding party or whatever the couple may wish to use it for. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, always willing to help make the most out of the wedding day.
