We had a great stay. A nice quiet hotel close to all amenities. A 12 minute Uber drive to the heart of downtown Ottawa. Love the waffle maker in breakfast room. Friendly service. Newly renovated room was gorgeous. Amazing free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Happy with the service and facility. Hotel is convenient to amenities in the area. Breakfast was included. The WelcomINNS Hotel Ottawa is the best choice for the traveller who wants comfort and quality service at an affordable price.
