We were on the second floo and staff at the front desk was extremely helpful helping carry heavy luggage to our room. The staff on our floor were also helpful and pleasant even showing us how to use the coffee machine and making sure we had coffee replacements. We lacked for nothing! Hotel was great. I would highly recommend it! This place beats Holiday Inn nine times out of ten! Satisfied! Courteous ,Friendly, Clean Rooms, great amenities. Pool area very nice. Food great.
