Staff excellent, helpful and friendly in all areas, access to the pod system real bonus. Room was clean, tidy and serviceable. I would choose to stay again and would also recommend to others. I appreciated the service. When I got off the bus at the hotel I was shocked at what I saw and wondered what I had let myself in for however it's a different story inside with it being clean and the room and bathroom were clean. I found the staff very pleasant and the meal in the restaurant was good. The breakfast in the morning had an excellent choice and the cooked breakfast was piping hot with plenty of tea or coffee. I would happily stay again. It is conveniently situated for T5 and in fact the restaurant and bar overlook the runway. I took the bus out to it but took the pod back to the terminal in the morning which took just under five minutes to get there as time was tight.
