We were so impressed with the staff. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, to even random staff members that we would be sharing the elevator with, all so incredibly courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. This is a beautiful and comfortable space. The room was luxurious and the front desk folks were helpful. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating! Food was excellent! Room was clean and fresh. The room was gorgeous and the view even better. Couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome when we arrived. Char Restaurant was a highlight! Our unique property features 155 spacious suites, many with balconies many over looking the historical district of Rochester. The Strahallan Hotel Closed Febuary 1, 2012 for a massive renovation.
