On the opposite side of the hall is a beautiful staircase that can be used for memorable introductions at the reception. You and your partner can take center stage and arrive in style for your big day. The Timberview Lodge can be arranged to meet many requirements and can accommodate up to 225 guests. The lodge has ample space for seated guests, a dance floor, and live entertainment if desired. For those seeking to make the most of the Texan sunshine, an outside pavilion makes for gorgeous ceremonies. Additional facilities include two separate dressing suites to relax and slowly get ready ahead of the big moment. Services Offered When booking your wedding at The Springs in Alvarado, you will be granted full access to the property for up to 15 hours if desired. The venue’s staff help to set up tables and chairs, according to the floorplan submitted by the couple ahead of time. Then, they will take it back down at the end of the evening, allowing you to immerse yourself within the festivities, not worrying about any small detail. Rental items such as chairs, tables, and furniture are also included in your rental price for further convenience. An on-site event attendant will also make sure that the bathroom will be stocked throughout the event and will assist you with any venue-related concerns, such as dimming the light, bumping the a/c up, etc. Finally, the venue team will provide you a list of trusted vendors who have previously worked at the property. Outside vendors are also permitted should you require them.
