No matter the issue the staff handles it with such finesse. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Room was nice and quiet. Away from the casino enough for it not to bother. I've been to several hotels in Vegas over the 40 years of coming for visits. I absolutely feel safe staying here. They have security in specific places and gives me a sense of calmness. When I go to my hotel room, I show my key to get on the elevator. The security guards there are super kind and efficient at their post. I appreciate the quiet as well. When I go up to the room, I enjoy being able to rest without disturbances. I need to also compliment the housekeeping staff. They were so efficient and did a wonderful job of stocking our room with towels and amenities. There are several choices in restaurants as well. The overall package that makes The Orleans Hotel so good, is that you are not on the Strip. You also have food options. If you want to do things other than gamble, they have it covered. I appreciate their help in keeping their guests safe. This is a great place to stay. From price to service, everything was excellent! Very friendly staff. Had a great time! We got a very good nightly rate and the hotel staff was friendly and happy to help with whatever we needed. The room was kept clean with fresh towels, extra pillows and the AC and all the electrical items worked. The bed was comfortable and the room size was large. We had a Vegas view which was very nice in the evenings to see all the lights. The casino floor was nice and had plenty of games to play. All the dealers were courteous and patient. I was attending a Poker League Tournament and all the dealers, wait staff and cash box staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Some of the restaurants were better than others, but seemed like it catered to all types of people. This hotel also had a bowling alley, movie theater and pool and spa. An excellent stay once again! Stay here and you will enjoy yourself! Great The hotel is very clean and smells fresh. The employees were very courteous, professional and always ready to help you. The foods/restaurants were great. The gift shop closes late for our late snacks and souvenir items. I'll stay again at this hotel on my next visit. We stayed for three nights and I was impressed. Parking was never an issue, even though we came in late at night. The workout facilities were great and the security did such a great job of keeping things calm and orderly.
