The Middleburg Barn at Fox Chase Farm is an amazing barn ballroom in the greater Washington, D.C. area. Couples can host their wedding in the venue’s massive temperature-controlled barn with modern amenities! The drive to the countryside is stunning and we have the perfect location! Facilities and Capacity Please do not be worried about our size! Our average wedding is 100-300, however, we have room for up to 350 seated. We've made our barn luxurious and roomy with many windows. This glamorous horse farm has many location options for couples’ wedding events. Ceremonies can take place on the venue’s newest patio with a lovely backdrop to the mountains and we also have a lovely garden and waterfall feature. The structure of our 'Gucci Barn', our nickname for this fancy barn, features natural wood, barn doors, and 35-foot ceilings. A second-floor terrace overlooks the main floor of the barn. A grand window lets natural light into the room. When the sun goes down, the massive and impressive crystal chandelier overhead lights up the room. In addition to state-of-the-art lighting, the barn also has heat and air conditioning, to accommodate guests year round. We've recently included an Ultraviolet Disinfectant Light into the HVAC to clean the air from any viruses, molds, etc. Services Offered Ceremonies and receptions, bridal showers, and engagement parties can all be held at The Middleburg Barn.
