The Mercantile ~ A Unique & Artfully Curated Venue We are offering a spring special for our 2023 season! Our normal Weekend rate of $7595 is discounted to $6995 and our Saturday rate of $6995 is discounted to $6500.00. And Fridays & Sundays are discounted to $5000.00 These discounted rates are good until March 31, 2022. Dates must be under contract by March 31, 2022 to receive these amazing rates! The Venue Our vintage venue was once a warehouse built by the Ohio Farm Bureau to house grain and farm materials in the early 1960's. This historic warehouse is located on 3 acres and is filled with vintage character. French inspired chandeliers, string lights, and our huge double door opening onto the veranda is what makes this venue so unique! The Mercantile is a seasonal venue, operating April through November. The Veranda An outdoor 90' covered area is the perfect multi-use space. This area, which is directly connected to the barn makes The Mercantile the gem that it is! This area is used for buffet, bar, social hour and dancing. We have a beautiful antique oriental rug to act as your dance floor, pefect for kicking off those shoes and dancing the night away! The Courtyard Our coutyard is where your ceremony tkaes place! Our manicured lawn, landscaped with mature evergreen trees provides an idyllic backdrop for your wedding ceremony and photos. Our woods also provides a nature inspired place for those intimate photos. Design Services We offer design consultations throughout the planning process! Our goal is to bring your vision to life and we work hand in hand with you to make your dream day as perfect as possible. Our goal is to provide you, as newlyweds, a stress-free and relaxing experience. We offer a fully staffed venue, including a design team, parking attendants, day of venue manager, and other team members to make your day run seamlessly. When you plan your wedding with us you gain access to our curated inventory from which we build your centerpieces and other decor at no additional charge. The Mercantile team does the set-up of tables, chairs, linens and centerpieces. At the end of the evening we do the tear down and clean up.
