The staff was nice and attentive, the food was great at the restaurant. Everything was clean and well maintained. Overall we loved our experience there and we would like to come back soon. Stayed just for one night on a quick trip to NYC. I've stayed at this hotel before. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Spotlessly clean; beds are very comfortable. Love the upper west side location.
