The Italian American Club of Livonia was founded in 1977. With membership growing, a momentous decision was made in 1990 to build a new Clubhouse & Banquet facility. With then President, Tony Greco, spearheading the effort, financing was obtained and ground was broken in 1993, culminating with a Grand Opening Gala. We opened in August of 1994 with a beautiful 26,000 square foot, two level facility located on 5.21 acres of land at Five Mile Road and the I-275 Expressway in Livonia, Michigan. Serving the Metro Detroit Area in grand style, our premier facility is a wonderful venue for gatherings of all types.

*Brand new to the IABC* The Bridal Suite is a glamorous, chic getaway situated in our lower level Decked with glowing chandelier sconces, a beauty bar for hair and makeup touch-ups, a tufted lounge for stylish relaxation, and best of all, a floor-to-ceiling three sided mirror that provides a lovely photo op for the bride. When you book the Bridal Suite, we'll kick off the celebtation with a complimentary bottle of champagne. Appetizer and beverage upgrades are available as well, so be sure to ask about these details if you're interested!

The Grand Ballroom is an elegant space that features two bars, a marble dance floor, arched windows, and optional custom drapery. The ballroom can accommodate 400 guests.
The Michelangelo Room is more than 4,300 square feet of space and features large, arched windows, and chandeliers. It can accommodate 220 guests.
The Da Vinci Room features a dance floor, arched windows and can accommodate 140 guests.
The Clubhouse is a casual and spacious room that features a full bar, a built-in tile dance floor, arched windows, and access to an outdoor patio. It can accommodate 175 guests.
Services Offered
The Italian American Banquet Center of Livonia can host your reception, engagement party, showers, rehearsal dinner and other wedding events. All wedding packages include room rental, refundable deposit, standard bar service for six hours, cheese and crackers appetizer, champagne toast, coffee station, cake cutting and serving, choice of plated, buffet or family style meal, china, flatware, glassware, white table linens, two color napkin choices, round tables, banquet chairs, coat room, and professional staff and bartender. You can upgrade your package with additional services such as piano rental, colored table linens, floor length linens, chair covers, chiavari chairs, butler service, additional room rental time, additional staff, additional tables, and more.

Cuisine
The Italian American Banquet Center is the exclusive catering and bar vendor for their facility. We have a wide range of options for you to create custom menus on your special day. Some of our meals include vegetarian lasagna, roasted salmon, chicken piccata, New York strip with mushrooms, prime rib, potatoes, desserts and more. We also provide menu upgrade options to you get exactly what you want.
