The Cheley Lodge and Grove is a wedding venue located in Estes Park, Colorado. Primarily a children’s summer camp, this historically rich setting provides expansive mountain views, including Longs Peak, Mount Meeker, and the Mummy Range. With over 800 private acres, The Cheley Lodge and Grove boasts an expansive location while still creating an intimate, secluded aesthetic. We have two venue options: The Grove, an open outdoor field area, can accommodate up to 200 people for both an outdoor ceremony and tented reception with a dance floor. Rustic wood fences surround the space, to celebrate the property’s down-to-earth, country-style ambience. The other venue option features the ceremony in the Frank H. Cheley Chapel, with theatre-style bench seating underneath a rustic, natural-wood pavilion, and the reception in Chipeta Hall, a historic mountain lodge that features wood cieling trusses, traditional chandeliers, and large windows. Enjoy the glorious alpine views from their altar, along with plenty of natural lighting for a photo-ready ambience. There is a dance floor area in Chipeta Hall. A dance floor area, full-service bar, and A/V equipment is also present inside, to give you and your guests all that you need. Dressing suites are present on the property, for you and your entourage to prepare for the altar in style. Parking is available onsite. Services Offered
The onsite team will handle set up and tear-down for your event, while you spend time getting ready and enjoying time with your loved ones. Tables and chairs are available, and can be set up in the arrangement you prefer. We require the use of one of our vendors for wedding planner, catering, and beverage. We have a list of preferred vendors for other services or you can choose outside vendors to complete your vision. From your rehearsal dinner to your romantic send off, our wedding venue coordinator will be ready to assist you throughout your life-changing celebration.
