The hotel is lovely. Very responsive staff, beautiful multiple lobby rooms and work spaces. The rooms are big enough and airy. It's in bustling Harvard Square. The several dining establishments are quite good, very state of the art food scene. I'd gladly stay here again. Good service, nice room, delicious breakfast. Wonderful service. Customized care.
