The Carriage House is a beautiful barn venue that includes an enchanting garden and southern farmhouse porch. The Carriage House is in a prime location for downtown St. Augustine- close enough for after-parties but far enough to have our own convenient parking lot (rarity in St. Augustine).
This 2000 square foot, climate-controlled barn offers a cozy and romantic setting. The large barn opens up to exposed beams, farmhouse tables, stringed market lights, and a carriage-wheel chandelier. We love the barn’s ability to perfectly transform itself for a rustic celebration or an elegant, more formal affair.
We also have a huge wedding suite complete with a make-up station, dress armoire, and plenty of lounge seating.
The venue has gone through extensive renovations and up until 2018, was previously known as “The Pioneer Barn at Fort Menendez.” Our street-front building, "The Gate House", now includes climate controlled bathrooms, a caterers' kitchen, inventory showroom and a "rainy-day" ceremony space.
Coordinators, Food & Vendors:
We do not provide food services, however you are welcome to have any licensed caterer provide these services for your event! We love the uniqueness this brings to events with personalized food selections.
Our wedding packages include a professional planner who can help you choose the right vendors for you! If you are already under contract with an approved planner, please let us know so our package pricing can reflect this!
