The history of this property is colorful and far reaching. Once Choctaw, then Chickasaw Territory, and finally the Marchant Ranch. This ranch was around 2000 acres of working cattle and farming industry. The over 5000 sq. ft house was a mansion in its day. This last 20 acres has been preserved and is being restored. The fine craftsmanship is still evident in the details of this surviving barn and house. The house is currently available for many types of events.
