Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Would recommend and come again. My husband and I stayed at The Ambrose while in town for a friend's wedding/my birthday celebration. I need it to be understood that EVERY PIECE of the experience was incredible! We will absolutely be back. Brandon at the front desk was the friendliest person you'll meet and had amazing food recommendations every time we asked. The bakery/brunch restaurant across the street (Tartine) is absolutely incredible. The free car service around the hotel for nights out or trips to the beach is absolutely a huge selling point. There are free bikes to rent if you want to explore Santa Monica for the day and enjoy the weather. The rooms are very classy and upscale. FREE HAPPY HOUR from five 7 was a pleasant treat, with them even starting at four for us on the day of the wedding simply so we could enjoy ourselves a bit more. My husband was assisted by Brandon and Danielle to put together a full day celebration for my birthday, including delivery of champagne and chocolates to the room between their recommended spa day and dinner. I could go on and on about how amazing our experience at The Ambrose was but suffice it to say, it was ABSOLUTELY Excellent. Just incredible. 10/10 will be back!
