
Texas Roadrunner Ranch is a barn wedding venue situated just outside of Dallas, Texas. As a family-run cattle and horse ranch, this enchanting retreat is spread out over 100 acres of beautiful North Texan farmland. It has been designed to create an intimate environment for couples to relax with their closest loved ones. Easily accessible, with a range of spaces and amenities to choose from, it is the perfect spot to create unforgettable weddings full of pastoral charm. Facilities and Capacity Roadrunner Ranch can comfortably accommodate wedding celebrations of up to 250 guests. It offers a variety of customizable indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from to best suit your ceremony and reception needs. The spacious Amish barn offers over 8,300 square feet of floor space and a majestic staircase to create a wedding worthy of a fairy tale. The open-air pavilion is a covered space overlooking the beautiful pastures and is perfect for Spring and Fall weddings. For intimate gatherings with your nearest and dearest, the Floating Veranda is a private island located on a large pond and is full of serene tranquility. Couples can also choose to have their ceremony on the lush green pastures which can accommodate congregations of any size. Kitchen space is also provided for caterers, as well as full use of the service bar, coolers, and ice machine. Services Offered The standard wedding package includes a number of services to make your day flow smoothly and enjoyably. The Ranch accommodates one event per day and is available for 16 hours, from 8 am to midnight. Each couple will be provided with a Ranch Hand to assist in making sure everything goes according to plan. Tables, chairs, linens, and audiovisual equipment will be provided, as well as one TABC-certified bartender, setup and cleanup of furniture are included. Though alcohol is not provided, couples (not guests) are invited to bring their own. An extensive list of vendors is provided. Couples may also select their own vendors at no additional cost. Vendors must be insured.
