We have stayed at this hotel several times when attending the Blue Gate Theatre. This time I did not make a room request. When we arrived, I asked the clerk about the location of the room and was disappointed that it was on the 2nd floor. I had recently fallen and it would be painful to use the stairs. The clerk went out of his way to accommodate us and gave us an appropriate room. It was very much appreciated. Motel staff was friendly and efficient, room was very clean and room was located near an exit. My room was clean and well made up. Staff was freindly and advised a good place to go for dinner. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety and coffee was hot. Place was quiet, comfortable and clean. Room was spacious and comfortable! Staff was super friendly and helpful!
