Friendly, clean and quiet. Hotel was clean, people were friendly and helpful and it was also very quiet. Would definitely stay there again. Excellent room! The beach, breakfast and staff were all great! My husband and I decided to take a getaway vacation to Traverse City and chose the Sugar Beach Resort for our accommodations. It was a perfect place to stay. Location is great, right on the beach and we made sure to get a room with a balcony. Kudos to Rose for going above and beyond to help us get in our room! We would definitely come back again. We enjoyed our time at the hotel! We thought the breakfast the hotel offered was, "mickey mouse!"
