Our Suburban Extended Stay Hotel in Huntsville offers uncomplicated residential living with your budget in mind. This newly renovated hotel provides the things that matter--spacious studio, one and two-bedroom suites, with separate living, work and sleep areas. Stay in one of our guest rooms with fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Our hotel is staffed 24 hours a day with housekeeping based on length of stay. When it's time to relax, enjoy our exercise facility. For your convenience, there is a guest laundry room on premises. This Huntsville hotel is your simple solution for extended stays.Cancellation Policy: 4:00 p.m. day of arrival. No show fee may apply. Pets allowed - Maximum of two dogs, 50 lbs. or less, per room. No cats allowed.Pets must be registered. Guest must read, sign, and adhere to hotel's pet policy/agreement (available at front desk.) A one-time, non-refundable fee of $100.00 for a weekly stay (7 nights) and 200.00 for a monthly stay (28 nights) will be collected at registration. In addition, a fee of $5.00 per night will be collected after 7 or 28 nights.Service Animals pet fees are waived if proper paperwork is provided.
