It was our first time at St. Charles Inn and our experience was fantastic. Clean room, friendly but very professional staff. We will be back.! A young man named Debon helped to get the TV working and brought me a radio to listen to music. Staff called taxis for us that were very helpful! The St Charles Inn is conveniently located in the Garden District, is always clean and well kept, has good rates, including free parking and has a helpful and friendly staff. I have never had issues with the room or the staff. My husband and I have always enjoyed our stay. It is not grand or imposing, but it is well run and reliable. My husband and I stayed at the hotel. It was a great experience. The hotel was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
