My room was clean and quiet. Ryan is such an asset to the Springhill Suites Marriott hotel. I certainly do hope you know what you have in him as an employee! My purse fell off the valet cart on the way in to the hotel and I didn't realize it for at least 30 minutes. He found it in the middle of the road out front! I was SO GRATEFUL! He also made sure our little soccer family was on the same floor together and also gave us an extra soft comforter for the trundle bed where our oldest was sleeping! He went above and beyond for us and he is the Bombdiggity! PLEASE give him a bonus as it is so well deserved! I will be staying here again thanks to your fabulous Ryan! I enjoyed my stay. Helpful staff. They all had great attitudes. Room was clean and very comfortable. The shower had a lot of water pressure which gives you a good massage. Overall a wonderful place to stay.
