Customer service was great. Our stay was good. The only Sleep Inn with a 3 star rating in East Tennessee and one of the newest hotels in Gatlinburg. Located at traffic light #3, we are within walking distance of the Ripley's Aquarium and Hard Rock Cafe`. The local trolley stop is very conveniently located right outside of our hotel and costs just 50c per person. Every room has a microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, and hairdryer. We have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and Gatlinburg's only indoor lazy river! Our free deluxe breakfast includes waffles, bagels, fresh doughnuts, coffee, cereals, and more... We have rooms with balconies available overlooking the mountains. We also have king jacuzzi suites available as well as our luxurious two-room suites. We have meeting space available that can seat up to 125 people. You have the option of bringing your own food onto our site.
