Bed was comfortable. The staff is great! We were in a room next to a couple of families with small children who were up in the wee hours of the night banging doors. We mentioned this to the desk and they immediately gave a us room three floors above these noise makers. It was a very nice room with Jacuzzi, etc. I called it a honeymoon suite! The next two nights we got really good sleep! Thanks night staff! The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. The rooms were nice and very clean. Breakfast was good, though coffee was very good. My reservation, check in, cleanliness, breakfast, where all good. Good stay would recommend, and I am staying there again tonight for a different trip. Very pleasant stay. Very nice hotel. This was the most pleasant stay in a hotel we've had this year and we've stayed in several. Location was easily accessed. The room was clean, beds comfortable, towels were fluffy. The staff, all of the ones we encountered, were friendly and appeared to be happy to take care of their guests. Very good hotel. It was clean with a good number of towels and breakfast was nice. We are a Gold Award winning hotel located in the Heart of the Lake of the Ozarks. We have deluxe accomodations at an affordable price. Just minutes away from all lake area attractions but out of the hustle and bustle traffic.
