Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 250 guests at this contemporary venue. They offer four distinct spaces to choose from, or you can rent out a combination for an all-day affair. These venues include:
The Ballroom - features soaring ceilings and panoramic, two-story-tall windows with views of SkyView’s portico. It also boasts a beautiful chandelier and eight large skylights. Nearby is the Vault which can be used as a private dressing area, or for intimate conversations.
Garden Terrace - an indoor zen garden that is perfect for cocktail hour. It features floor-to-ceiling windows and an exposed brick wall.
Level 2 - is a combination of The Mezzanine and a private dressing area called the Garden View. It’s perfect for events that need more space for their dance floor, buffet area or additional seating.
The Mezzanine - boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with gorgeous views of Hay Street and the Light Art Chandelier in The Ballroom.

This full-service venue prides themselves on being very flexible with each couple they work with. They have an experienced event planner to make sure your unique vision comes to life. Couples can choose between their Standard, Quality and Deluxe package, all offering 10 hours of venue rental. Each package includes a security officer, The Vault and private dressing rooms for the wedding party, linens and napkins, a bartender, three catering and prep kitchens and an arch or columns for your ceremony.
