The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Beautiful l hotel in a great location. Lobby staff very nice. In town for surgery and was allowed early check in which I really appreciated. We stayed for medical for two nights, this was the third time I have stayed here. Service is excellent in the Plaza. Jenny was a real sweetheart and made us feel welcome every time we went in. Our housekeeper was very nice and when we asked for more water brought it immediately. The boys out front were great. Best thing about this hotel is that we, as older women, felt very safe going out at night and walking around the courtyard to get fresh air. We also felt very safe in the hotel itself. All I can say we had great service and enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family. We come every year for our wedding anniversary. Great! The Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver next to the city's best restaurants, shopping districts and the famous Vancouver seawall & beaches.
