Facilities and Capacity
Roots Events Center, is situated 20 minutes away from the cities of Denver and Boulder, can accommodate up to 250 of your friends and family. On the property there are indoor, covered outdoor and uncovered outdoor options that you can choose from. The main floor plan option, however, can accommodate a bit more guests with its specific layout. Throughout the venue, couples and guests will be able to enjoy the warm and cracking stone-hearth, see-through fireplace or the flowing waterwheel outdoors. There are lush and manicured gardens as well as a relaxing gazebo area. Couples can also request dressing rooms to use with their respective parties as they are preparing for the ceremony and reception.

Roots Event Center is proud to be able to offer each couple a fully customized service experience. Whether you need help with such details like linen and flatware, or need assistance selecting a videographer, the team is ready to help make your planning process easier. While each service is custom, couples have three basic package options they can choose from. The Evergreen Package suits couples who love doing things themselves but need help with basics. The Bluespruce Package is similar, but offers couples extras such as a 2-tier cake, DJ, and centerpieces. The last option, the Golden Aspen Package, is perfect for couples who want the majority of their wedding taken care of by the team.
