I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really great, a lot of selection and well staffed. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and a drink at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and made us feel at home. Upon arrival, we were welcomed into the lobby. Great service right off the bat. We were upgraded to a suite and it was stunning. I really loved all the features of the room. The pool was great, the continental breakfast was awesome. The staff was very informative and friendly. If we ever return to Toronto we will 100% be staying here again. Thank you so much! Lovely accommodations, room, lounge service, front desk staff, delicious breakfast, amazing local food close by. We were able to get an early check in which made it so great for us to be able to start our holiday. We had ice cream offered to us at the front desk because it was a warm day; the staff were friendly on top of everything. Everything was very smooth, we were also able to do a late check out, I was very thankful for that as our flight was a late one leaving Toronto. I would stay here again any time. Everything was clean and maintained and the room was great.
