Property Description

The staff was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any problem I had. **Our hotel is scheduled to open in January 2015**Our Residence Inn by Marriott is first branded hotel located in the heart of the Bronx. All of our rooms have fully equipped kitchens, making it convenient to be away from home for long periods of time. Our lobby will offer a full bar, market, and an outdoor fire pit. We will provide all guests with a complimentary full/hot breakfast buffet (daily) and evening social (Mon-Wed). In total, we have 1500 sqft of meeting space (can be separated into two separate 1,000 sqft spaces). Our prime location places us near all of the major businesses and attractions; Hospitals & Medical Centers: Montefiore, Calvary, Albert Einstein, Jacobi, Bronx State, Gruss Magnetic. Attractions: Bronx Zoo, Botanical Garden, Arthur Avenue, Yankee Stadium, Catering/Wedding Venues, City Island. Education: Fordham University, Mercy College, CUNY Bronx, CUNY Lehman, Monroe College. We will provide a complimentary shuttle for convenient access to locations around the Bronx. The Westchester Square subway station (with the 6 train) is right down the street from our hotel - providing transportation into Grand Central Station in Manhattan.
