The property is nice, not far from stores and outlets. My family was congregating for my daughter's birthday party and had made multiple reservations. At the very last minute we did not need one of the rooms. We understood the cancellation policy but the staff was good enough, without any extraneous requests on our part, to let us forego paying for that room; it was customer service at its best and we were very grateful!
