Great Customer Service. I mistakenly signed up for a king when I needed two doubles. Desk clerk arranged a switch with another customer who hadn't arrived yet to change rooms. This was a nice hotel: clean and safe. It has interior corridors and appears to be updated. It was very quiet and the people accommodated our two small dogs.
