Excellent hotel and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would stay there again. Room was clean and staff was friendly. We have stayed at the Ramada a lot of times, we love the location, the friendly knowledgeable staff, the cleanliness and price point. Great breakfast and great people that work there. Very comfortable. Staff was friendly, location perfect for shopping. Breakfast was good. Manager was good! Heather took care of our needs! The Ramada Watertown is easily located at exit 45 off Interstate 81. We are right in the heart of the major shopping and restaurant district. The scenic 1000 Islands and Canadian border is only 20 minutes away.We have 145 non-smoking, renovated rooms on four floors with two elevators. Our restaurant and lounge are open every day. Our courtyard has a heated out door pool, lounge area and gazebo. There are five meeting rooms with the capacity from 10 people to 200 people. A full catering menu to suit every taste and budget is available.
