Our Family selected the approximately 900 wooded acres and transformed the property into an exquisite site for couples to exchange their vows. Because the lodge is surrounded by pines and a large lake, you and your wedding party will enjoy a great deal of tranquility. The southern wedding of your dreams awaits you at this destination venue. Facilities and Capacity The lodge, which rests on the property, contains a total of 14,000 square feet for you to use for your ceremony and reception. Bridal showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners can also be held on the property. The lodge is completely ready so that couples do not need to worry about decorating the site. In fact, the interior provides a beautiful mixture of more modern pieces with older ones, as well. Inside the great room, you will be surrounded by a rustic stone fireplace. There are even rooms set aside for the wedding parties to prepare and get dressed in. Overall, this venue can accommodate up to 500 of your friends and family, but specific spaces, such as the dining rooms, are designed for smaller wedding parties of up to 200 guests. Outside, couples can choose from the two ceremony sites. The outdoor sites place you up close and personal with nature, allowing you to experience the forests and water in person. Services Offered Because Quail Branch Lodge is already decorated, couples don't have to add on a great deal of extra services. You are welcome to add on things such as flowers, catering, and cakes. The staff can assist you as you select and arrange your rentals and outside vendors. Additionally, couples can receive assistance with setting up everything before their ceremony and reception. For your convenience, the venue comes already prepared with wireless Internet for you and your guests to use.
