Facilities and Capacity This secluded barn venue hosts events from May until October and has enough parking for up to 50 vehicles. The property houses two facilities: The Owl Barn and The Home Under the Pines. With 4,000 square feet of entertainment space, The Owl Barn seats up to 200 guests for dinner, up to 220 guests for a ceremony. It is surrounded by beautiful green acres and landscaping, houses 12 foot sliding windows, a double-decker porch, and a modern bathroom. Couples and their guests also enjoy The charming early 1900s farmhouse, has two separate couples quarters. The home has five bedrooms, two full baths, a large patio, heating and cooling systems, and is accessible between 9am and midnight on the day of the event.
