One Oak is a wedding venue located in Nicholasville, Kentucky, also serving the Lexington area. One Oak is different than most other wedding venues. We allow you and your fiancé multiple days to use our property to help save money with rehearsal dinner, decorations, maybe a Sunday brunch, etc. We aren’t going to nickel and dime you for our extras.
