Weddings and events can be on property in our outdoor gazebo, in the woods, indoors at the Hacienda Vestibule Grande or in our Reception Hall. A non-refundable deposit of $500 secures your event date at OK40 Ranch. All planning appointments can be at the Ranch or a location of your choice. Please note that we like to keep appointments to 60 minutes and at locations within the greater Tulsa area, if not at our ranch.
