The hotel is nice and comfortable. Whoever developed the guest experience and hired the personnel is to be commended. The experience from the time I was dropped off to check out was comforting. I am not a breakfast person but after the first day I went just for the experience every morning. I look forward to coming back and my next experience. Outstanding. If you're attending a conference at the Lisbon Convention Center, this hotel is a good bet. It's an easy 10 minute drive from the airport and a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the convention center. Service and food are good as well.
