Mill Harbour consists of 86 large, spacious individually owned condominium units with two or three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens (with microwaves, stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers), ceiling fans, air-conditioned bedrooms, and cable TV. Some of the condominiums feature AC throughout the entire unit and their own washers and dryers. Most condos offer two or three balconies, or galleries as we call them on St. Croix. The gated complex features 24-hour security situated on six beautifully landscaped acres. Mill Harbour includes a salt water lagoon, a white sand beach with snorkeling, a pool, tennis court, a half basketball court and a shuffleboard court. Find a restaurant, bar and pizza stand conveniently located on the premises by the pool and beach with another restaurant a short walk down the beach. A coin laundry on site serves those without machines in their unit. The pool provides a cool oasis to owners and guests from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Two beach areas sit right on the Mill Harbour property, one sloping right to the Caribbean Sea and another with pristine white sand and chaise lounges. The water awaits only three steps down the sea wall on custom made steps with a very sturdy railing. Discover excellent snorkeling right off our own beach. The "Tire Reef" and "Long Reef" rest directly in front of our beach for outstanding interactions with local tropical fish.
