Facilities and Capacity
The Barn venue is more than 8,000 square feet of space that is framed with locally resourced timber. The tongue and groove ceilings are 30 feet high and feature 30 wrought iron chandeliers hung with over 2,000 crystals in the barn for a bit of subtle elegance. The Barn has polished concrete floors, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a two-piece bar with granite countertops and a gold-plated sink, a certified commercial kitchen, a lit handicap accessible parking lot, a 40' x 15' dance floor with lighting, and dressing rooms. The Barn is fully heated and air-conditioned and is equipped with AV equipment. The grounds feature an arched footbridge over a peaceful pond, flower gardens, a romantic birch garden, a solid wood arbor, and stunning mountain views. Ceremonies and receptions can be hosted inside the Barn or at any of the outdoor spaces. McGuire’s Millrace Farm can accommodate up to 190 guests at the most popular sites and locations around the farm.
