The barn is 9000 sq. ft. and will accommodate 300 guests starting at $4,900 for a Friday evening, $6,500 for a Saturday and $4,500 for a Sunday wedding. The barn at Little Brook Meadows has just been fully renovated and is very versatile. In combination with the barn, there is a large open meadow with a gazebo and a fire pit. The barn has a large main area for functions as well as a beautiful foyer, handicap accessible restrooms, prep areas and professional lighting. It is a great location for parties, presentations, cookouts, and conferences. Outside, licensed caterers may be used with management approval. Round tables to seat 300 and white padded folding chairs provided.
