Room and bed were comfortable. In spite of record heat A/C system kept room comfortable. Lobby was spacious for family gatherings. Okay The property and service were very good. The la Quinta Inn & Suites- University Area , is located on easily accessible Loop 323, and is less than two miles from the University of Texas at Tyler and the Ut Tyler Cowan Center.
