Hotel staff was super nice very professional. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive. Nice atmosphere with relaxing views. Clean and well managed with responsive employees. We stayed at La Posada Hotel during one of the busiest weeks of the year, the hotel was fully booked and the staff did an amazing job accommodating every guest. No complaints, we had an amazing stay. Staff was EXCELLENT. Very friendly and helpful. I LOVED the pool areas and the overall feel/architecture of the buildings. And again, the staff was EXCELLENT. GREAT customer service. La Posada is a wonderful hotel if you find yourself in Laredo. The atmosphere was exciting. Having two pools is a great option. The room size was much larger than expected.
