The Kamran Center is a banquet hall in the Washington, D.C. area available for couples to celebrate their wedding. This Zoroastrian center features a classic elegance with crystal chandeliers and a light color palette. This ballroom can be found in Boyds, Maryland; a 45-minute drive to downtown Washington, D.C. Facilities and Capacity The main hall in the Kamran Center features ceilings that are 20 feet high and, hanging from them, crystal chandeliers that sparkle as daylight fades to dusk. The tray ceilings feature a white crown molding to match the bright and simple color scheme throughout the venue. This ballroom seats up to 200 guests for a couple’s big day. For smaller gatherings, the venue offers two smaller rooms off the main hall in which couples can host a wedding ceremony, bridal shower, or engagement party. An outdoor terrace offers guests a view of richly wooded areas during a ceremony or cocktail reception. Services Offered Couples will find warm and welcoming staff members on their big day. The venue offers a private upstairs bridal suite for the wedding party and onsite parking for the convenience of both couples and guests. History This center was founded and constructed in 2014 by the Zoroastrian Association of Metropolitan Washington, Inc. This organization, founded in 1978, created a center as a place of worship for their members, but also as a beautiful hall for events.
